Licious has nailed the essentials of a successful marketing campaign. The online meat and seafood company recently ran a brand contest by collaborating with Indian food influencers. The #madewithLicious hashtag has amassed 1035 posts and the campaign overall got a whopping 100K engagement rate.

Why did Licious do right?

According to Mention.com, 52 percent of consumers say that participating in a contest helps them feel more connected to a brand.

The brand

  • chose the right platform for their campaign,
  • got the right consumer audience and
  • the chosen influencers had a consistently good engagement rate.Instagram rewards pages and posts, which has organic engagement from followers, with higher exposure and reach.

We at home are huge breakfast people. I have always loved a good breakfast and now the child is the same. And one of the easiest ways to up the breakfast game both in terms of the glam quotient and likeability and the protein content for me is cold cuts. A quick saute for the sausages or slices of salami and you are good to go in the morning. Sometimes, I scramble some eggs on the side, sometimes just have it with a slice of cheese because honestly cold cuts make almost a complete breakfast in themselves. I tried the cold cuts launched by @licious_foods recently and loved them. They are made fresh each time from the best quality prime meat and that keeps my mind at peace. Buying from Licious I am never worried about the quality and giving it to Ojas. Breakfast aside, I also love cold cuts for their overall convenience. Whether you want to throw them in a salad, rustle up a quick party starter, add them in a stew or make a roll out of them. A pack or two is always found in my fridge.
